I currently teach a few community classes around Manchester, for different charities.
The mama and baby, and mama and toddler classes are a welcome break for the ladies at Rainbow Haven.
Not to mention the cuteness overload of the children.
I am also teaching a regular wednesday lunchtime Chair yoga class in Wythenshaw.

Yoga4Health
10‑Week Yoga Course on Prescription
I work with the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance and the NHS to deliver free 10‑week yoga courses for patients in deprived areas of Manchester.
Initially funded by Sport England, and the Big Lottery Fund, I have run courses in Clayton, Harpurhey, Ancoats and Fallowfield.
These courses are suitable for everyone and can be done in a chair.
If you are interested in running a Yoga 4 Health course get in touch.
This is simple, therapeutic, breath‑led yoga that can be done on a mat or from a chair. The results have been remarkable — people often notice improvements even in the first session, such as breathing more deeply for the first time in years.
Patients are referred by their GP, and the course supports four key health areas:
- Pre‑diabetes
- Risk of cardiovascular disease
- Mild to moderate depression or anxiety
- Social isolation

Develop a sustainable habit
Over 10 weeks, the practice builds gradually, adding layers of breath, focus, and gentle movement
Participants receive home‑practice videos and regular check‑ins to help make yoga a sustainable habit.
