Terms and Conditions

TRE sessions 

 

Packages 

A three or five session package is booked and paid for as a package. Refunds are not possible if you change your mind after the first session. If you are unsure whether TRE is suitable for you at the moment please book one session and if you want to continue after that you can upgrade to a package for the same cost. 

Appointments

Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before an appointment. 

No shows will be charged at full price.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full price. 

I reserve the right to refer you to another TRE provider after reading through your intake form. Any monies paid will be refunded if I refer you on to someone else. 

Yoga / Reiki / Crystal sessions

 

Yoga Therapy Packages 

A five or ten pack of yoga sessions is sold as a package and will not be refundable if you decide not to continue with the sessions. 

 

Appointments

Online / drop in  classes

All Classes to be paid for upfront or at the start of the class.

Payment will not be refunded if you do not attend the class.

 

Class passes

Five class Passes are valid for eight weeks and are not transferable

Missed classes cannot be carried over once the pass has expired.

 

Workshops

All workshops must be paid for in full before the date of the workshop.

Refunds will not be given in case of non attendance.

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

Weekend workshops-  Early Bird tickets will be non refundable.

 TRE workshops - I reserve the right to refer you to another TRE provider after reading through your intake form. Any monies paid will be refunded if I refer you on to someone else.

Retreats

Retreats must be paid for in full before the start of the retreat.

A non refundable deposit of £100 must be paid on booking to secure your place on the retreat.

Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start date will receive a 50% refund

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start date will receive a 25% refund

 Last minute cancellations will lose all payment but it is possible to transfer your place to someone else.
